Personal Assistant to Terminal Manager



Requirements:
  • To prepare the information neede for the performance of the tasks of the Terminal Manager.
  • To make the minute of the Management and Board Meetings and follow up on action list.
  • To prepare Board Resolutions and to arrange the necessary signatures.
  • To coordinate with the Department Managers th avaibility for meetings with the Terminal manager and the involvement of the terminal Manager in their activities.
  • Prepare reports as directed by the Terminal Manager
  • Perform reports as directed by the Terminal Manager ( letters, report, fillinf ,registration of ducoments, getting document signed etc )
  • To act as co-ordinator for telephone calls meetings and the agenda of the Terminal Manager including to reserve flights, hotel, etc.
  • To act as co-ordinator for telephonje calls, meetings and the agenda of the Terminal Manager including to reserve flights, hotel, etc
  • To be communications co-ordinator for Terminal Manager liaising with head office, Jakarta
  • To instruct Terminal Manager driver
  • To assist the other Terminal Managers as needed
  • Other duties instructed by Terminal Manager
