Finance & Accounting Manager
Requirements:
- Male/Female, max. 40 years old
- Candidate must posses at least Bachelor Degree (S1) of Accounting or related discipline from reputable university
- Having Tax Brevet (A, B)
- Experience min. 5 years as finance and accounting manager
- Have strong knowledge in Finance and Accounting (good understanding about Tax Regulation, GAAP /PSAK, good knowledge in bank transaction, inventory, auditing, budgeting, cash flow report, conceptual, reporting & analysis, consolidation report)
- Familiar with Indonesian Accounting, Tax & Custom Regulations
- Good analytical & managerial skill
- Good communication, interpersonal and ability to interact with all levels of people
- Good leadership, individual skill and able to work with tight date line
- Proactive and able to work under pressure
- Computer literate
- Proficient in English (oral & written)
Human Resource Manager
Requirements:
- Male/Female,age max 40 years old;
- Bachelor Degree majoring Law/Psychology or equivalent;
- Preferably experience as Human Resources Manager within 5 years at least;
- Experience in handling recruitment, training & development, performance management and employee relations, administration/GA system including procedure and company policy;
- Strong leadership, tough personality, good management skill, strong operation and strategic HR;
- Has a good relationship with the Government and related Departmen;
- Good communication skill, English literacy, proficient PC skills, ability to work as a team -player, result oriented, and energetic.
