Human Resource Officer/Assistant (Payroll)
Responsibilities:
- Use payroll software to process data to ensure accurate and timely salary, overtime and allowance payments with statutory contribution and deduction;
- Filing of IR21 of foreign workers' annual income to IRAS;
- Prepare e-submission of employees' annual remuneration to IRAS;
- Prepare e-submission of employees' monthly remuneration to CPF;
- Maintain proper filing of employee records;
- Verify monthly Foreign Workers' Levy billing;
- Provide Administration support within the HR function;
- Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resource Management, Information Systems or Accounting;
- Relevant experience dealing with payroll is advantageous;
- Candidates should be prepared to handle a large headcount;
- Familiarity with payroll software with a strong IT background is advantageous;
- Good communications and interpersonal skills;
- Meticulous and able with work under tight deadlines.
