PT Doulton is the largest manufacturing site for WWRD (Waterford Wedgwood Royal Doulton) producing high quality ceramic tableware and related products. Reporting to the Head of Finance Operations, we are seeking to recruit a high calibre Finance Manager to join our Global Finance team.

Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the control environment and ensuring compliance with Group Accounting policies and
- Provision of all data required by Division and Group on time and in full – including, but not limited to, the annual budget, reforecasts, monthly reporting of actuals;
- Day to day management of the standard costing system at PTD and custodian of the transfer prices for the site;
- Full operational and commercial support to the President Director, Vice-President Director and wider PTD management team;
- Reporting on the principal KPIs for the site;
- Compilation and presentation for approval of capital and restructuring projects;
- Proactive challenging of the performance of the business and recommendations for improvement;
- Ownership of the integrity and accuracy of the PTD balance sheet;
- Liaison with both internal and external audit, local tax authorities and banks;
- Leadership of the finance team, with emphasis on nurturing and developing in-house talent.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): MS Excel.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

- Preferably Managers specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
