Customer Relation [Nissan Care] Supervisor

Responsibilities:


  •      Handle customer complaint and conduct customer visit
  •      Analyze customer complaint log
  •      Propose short term and long term solution for better customer handling
  •      Monitor customer behavior
  •      Manage Nissan Call Center

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor degree from reputable university, with min GPA 3.00 out of 4.00.
  • Has experience more than 2 years in hospitality field (being customer relation in five star hotel would be advantage)
  • Age between 26-30 years old.
  • Fluent in English both oral and written.
  • Computer literate (familiar with Microsoft Office)
  • Has customer satisfaction mindset is a must
  • Has good interpersonal relationship, communication skill, & able to work as team.
  • Fast learner, hard working, can work under pressure, and discipline.
