Customer Relation [Nissan Care] Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer complaint and conduct customer visit
- Analyze customer complaint log
- Propose short term and long term solution for better customer handling
- Monitor customer behavior
- Manage Nissan Call Center
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor degree from reputable university, with min GPA 3.00 out of 4.00.
- Has experience more than 2 years in hospitality field (being customer relation in five star hotel would be advantage)
- Age between 26-30 years old.
- Fluent in English both oral and written.
- Computer literate (familiar with Microsoft Office)
- Has customer satisfaction mindset is a must
- Has good interpersonal relationship, communication skill, & able to work as team.
- Fast learner, hard working, can work under pressure, and discipline.
