HR Training & Development Executive



Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and managing people learning and development include in house training and staff development
  • Planning and arranging also ensure knowledge transfer from all human resource development activities in the TBS group is effective based on competencies and organizational needs

Requirements:

  • Male/Female around 30-35 years old
  • Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable universities
  • Have at least 3-5 years working experiences in managing the above key functions with significant successful track record in well known retail industry
  • Posses deep knowledge in program development, modul/ competency development and talent management also ability to implement various innovative to build integrative system development
  • Strong analytical thinking, business leadership and good interpersonal skill
  • Excellent communication in English both oral and written
  •  




Organization Development Manager


Responsibilities:


  • Process management implementation, process control of TBS integrated marketing implementation or TBS coordination point follow up
  • Integrated marketing calendar provider include integrated marketing program coordination and data support integration provider

Requirements:
  • Male/Female, preferred age between 30 - 35 years old.
  • Min. S1 Degree from reputable universities majoring Industrial Technology
  • Have experience or knowledge in Organizational Development / Quality Assurance / Project Leader
  • Min 5 years experience working in related area
  • Able to operate MS Office computer software, especially expertise for operating MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
  • Possess good personality and interpersonal skill, with excellent communication (fluent in English would be an advantage) and capability in working individually or with others.
  • Dynamic, creative, fast learner, and highly motivated with excellent service attitude.
  • Willing to be located in Bintaro

Senior HR Generalist Manager for The Body Shop Indonesia



Requirements:
  • Male/Female around 30-35 years old
  • Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable universities, preferably majoring in Law/Psychology
  • Have at least 5-7 years working experiences in managing the above key functions (especially in recruitment and training) with significant successful track record (Cosmetic Retail background will be a huge advantage)
  • Posses deep knowledge in recruitment, people development, training and also ability to implement various innovative to build integrative system development
  • Strong analytical thinking, business leadership and good interpersonal skill
