Job Description :
To check the legality of borrower asset/collateral provided by the borrower to secured loan, To prepare any loan agreement, amendment, letters, security agreement and other legal document and document required for legality of loan?s signing as well as arranging ssigning ceremony, To put required clauses to assure loan agreement and credit documentation have secured the loan granted to the borrower, To maintain/ update Borrower Information (LDMS) .
Requirements :
- Experience min. 2-3 years (Banking experience is preferable)
- Bachelor degree (majoring in Law is preferable)
- Good knowledge of banking legal and credit documentation
- Good knowledge of Company Law and investment procedure
